Thank you for shopping with Rockobobs Home Fragrance.

Processing Times

Rockobobs is a small family-run business operated alongside full-time employment and family commitments. All products are handmade to order.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Many orders will be dispatched sooner than this, but during busy periods, launches, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take the full 10 working days.

If there is likely to be a significant delay beyond this timeframe, customers will be notified where possible via our website, social media pages, or email.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer free UK shipping on orders of £35 or more.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Rockobobs Home Fragrance cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may be required before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at helendoodlepip@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.

Any claims for lost parcels will be handled in accordance with Royal Mail's policies and timescales.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and contents where possible so that we can investigate the issue.

Collection

Local collection is available.

Once your order has been placed, please contact us by email at helendoodlepip@gmail.com or via the Rockobobs Facebook page to arrange a convenient collection date and time.

Collection details will be provided once arrangements have been confirmed.
